2.1. All content presented on white pages developed by EasyWhite, including but not limited to texts, images, and contact information, is generated using artificial intelligence technologies and/or collected from publicly available sources.
2.2. The provided content is a demonstration sample and is intended for preview purposes only. The client is required to replace all demonstration materials with their own content before using the website.
3.1. The client assumes full responsibility for:
- Compliance with laws in countries where materials are used
- Adherence to advertising platform rules and requirements
- Accuracy and legality of posted content
- Any actions taken using the provided materials
3.2. EasyWhite explicitly disclaims responsibility for:
- Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services
- Consequences of material usage by the client
- Compliance of materials with specific country or platform requirements
4.1. Services are considered fully completed upon delivery of the finished materials to the client.
4.2. After materials are delivered and accepted by the client, refunds are not provided, except in cases explicitly required by applicable law.
5.1. EasyWhite is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Technical failures
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
6.1. By using EasyWhite services, the client confirms that they have fully read and agreed to this policy.
6.2. EasyWhite reserves the right to make changes to this policy without prior notice. The current version of the policy is always available on our website.
6.3. In case of disputes, parties agree to resolve them through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with applicable law.
7.1. The design templates, code structure, and other technical solutions provided by EasyWhite remain the intellectual property of EasyWhite until full payment is received from the client.
7.2. After payment is completed, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the provided materials for their intended purpose.
8.1. EasyWhite reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates these terms or whose intended use of our services may be illegal or harmful.
8.2. We may terminate service provision at any time if we determine that the client's use of our services violates our policies or applicable laws.
9.1. All official communications regarding our services must be conducted through our designated communication channels.
9.2. Support is provided only for issues directly related to the development and design services we offer.
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
10.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our jurisdiction.
